Our parish comprises the villages of Binegar and Gurney Slade. They lie close by each other high on the Mendip Hills near the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our website aims to keep local people up-to-date with the decisions the Council makes on behalf of its community.   Minutes of meetings are published here.   Click here for the latest news.

The Parish Council is made up of seven Councillors elected in 2015 to serve for four years.  It meets on the first Tuesday of most months (there are no meetings in January and August) at 7 30 pm in the Memorial Hall.  You are welcome to attend. If you wish to raise something, come along.

The Clerk to the Council is Diane Abbott, Portway House, Turner's Court Lane, Binegar BA3 4UA,  01749 841182,  email binegarpc@hotmail.co.uk.
